Francesco Antoniol – An archivist and consultant specializing in industrial heritage. He is the founder and president of Virginia Studio Associato, where he manages corporate archives, records management, historical research, and brand heritage. As a partner at TrattoPunto and Texture, he develops projects regarding industrial tourism and exhibitions. He serves on the Scientific and Editorial Committee of Fondazione ing. Lino Gentilini and the Scientific Committee of the Jornadas Internacionales event organized by INCUNA. He is a member of the General Board of ANAI (Associazione Nazionale Archivistica Italiana) and is active in the organizations ERIH and AIPAI. Since its creation in 2019, he has served on the Outreach Commission of TICCIH.

Tiddo Besters – A lawyer with a professional background including work for the Heineken concern and the Dutch postal operator Post NL. For decades, he has been involved in the protection of road transport mobile heritage—initially at the national level, and since the turn of the century through various roles in FIVA (Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens), a global organization representing vintage vehicle enthusiasts. He served as the president of FIVA from 2019 to 2025. He is also one of the founders of WIMH (Working Industrial and Mobile Heritage), a partnership of international organizations working for industrial and mobile heritage.

Hildebrand de Boer – Art historian and archaeologist, Secretary of the Europa Nostra Industrial Heritage Committee, co-founder of the European Route of Industrial Heritage (ERIH). Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau.

Alena Borovcová works for National Heritage Institute as a railway heritage preservation specialist. She is active in the Industrial Heritage Methodology Center as a part of regional branch in Ostrava focused on the systematic continual industrial heritage documentation.

Edoardo Curra

Jacek Dąbrowski – archaeologist and graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, he completed postgraduate studies in spatial planning and heritage conservation at the Technical Universities of Gdańsk, Wrocław, and Warsaw. With over 25 years of experience in the cultural heritage sector, he has worked with key institutions including the National Heritage Board of Poland and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, where he served as Director of the Department for the Protection of Monuments for six years. He specializes in heritage financing, industrial heritage, spatial management, and archaeology. He is the author of major strategic documents, including the UNESCO Management Plan for Krzemionki, and serves as Vice President of TICCIH Poland alongside memberships in ICOMOS Poland and the Association of Monument Conservators.

João Vaz Estêvão – Adjunct Professor – Tourism Area of Studies; Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Tourism and Digital Communication; Coordinator of the Post-graduation in Wine Tourism.

Piotr Gerber – Architect and historian of technology; President of the Board of PK TICCIH and the Silesian Industrial Heritage Protection Foundation; member of the Europa Nostra Industrial Heritage Committee. Author of numerous publications on the protection and conservation of architectural and industrial heritage, as well as hospital architecture.

Marek Gołosz

Mateusz Grabowski – Architect and academic lecturer at the Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning, Łódź University of Technology. Author of scientific publications on industrial heritage, urban industrialization, and the conservation of post-industrial sites. His research focuses on the application of new technologies in architectural heritage conservation.

Florence Hachez-Leroy – Professor of Contemporary History, Director of the Centre for Research and Studies: History and Societies; Deputy Project Manager for ‘Science with and for Society’ at the University of Artois.

Christian Hanus – Scientific Director of the Research Lab Sustainable Cultural Heritage, Coordinator of the Reconstruction School of Accumoli; Scientific Director of the Accademia Vicino di Accumoli; Coordinator of the Scola Telcz (projects in UNESCO World Heritage Sites).

Milena Lucija Karabaic M. A. – Studied Architecture and History of Art. Until 2006 director of the LVR-Industrial Museum and until 2022 Head of the LVR-Cultural Department for the Rhineland area. Co-Founder and Publisher of the magazine „Industriekultur“.

Łukasz Kohut – Polish politician, entrepreneur, social activist, photographer, and Silesian regionalist. Member of the European Parliament for the 9th and 10th terms.

Robert Kola – Specialist in the preservation of technical heritage; author of publications, papers, reports, and expert heritage assessments concerning the history of technology and issues related to the protection of industrial heritage. Lecturer on the heritage studies of technical heritage at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Head of the Toruń Regional Branch of the National Institute of Heritage.

Julian Kołodziej – Coordinator of research and implementation projects related to the conservation of technical monuments and industrial heritage. Vice-President of the Polish Committee for the Conservation of Industrial Heritage (TICCIH).

Ewa Mackiewicz – An expert in cultural heritage management, revitalization, and the adaptation of historic sites for new social, cultural, and educational functions. She co-created the Silesian Voivodeship Industrial Monuments Route and the adaptation concept for the Ignacy Mine in Rybnik. She is the author of numerous publications and a promoter of knowledge regarding heritage and its role in sustainable development.

Miloš Matěj – specialist for documentation and evaluation of industrial heritage from the perspective of heritage conservation in National Heritage Institute, Methodological Center for Industrial Heritage in Ostrava. He teaches the development, typology and conservation of industrial heritage at the University of Ostrava, Department of Art History and Cultural Heritage.

Maciej Mądry – Director for the Protection of Historic Monuments at the Silesian Industrial Heritage Protection Foundation; graduate of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław; recipient of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage scholarship in the field of heritage preservation in 2016 and 2024.

Mimmi Mikkelsen – President of FEDECRAIL (European Federation of Museum and Tourist Railways), who has been involved in the protection and development of railway and tramway heritage for nearly two decades. She also serves as the chair of the museum tramway in Malmköping (run by the Swedish Tramway Society) and as secretary of MRO—the Swedish national association of museum railways. Professionally, she works in the Urban Environment Administration in Gothenburg, where she is responsible for the management, safety, and long-term development of the city’s tram infrastructure.

Martin Netolicky – Governor (Hetman) of the Pardubice Region (CZ); cademic and local government official, Doctor of Laws in tax law

Miles Oglethorpe – Board Member of TICCIH (The International Committee for the Conservation of the Industrial Heritage) and Head of the Industrial Heritage Department at Historic Environment Scotland. A member of the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland since 1985. Project leader for the inscription of the Forth Bridge on the World Heritage List.

Massimo Preite – An expert in urban planning and industrial heritage. A board member of TICCIH and ERIH. As part of the Erasmus Mundus program, he delivers a lecture series on industrial heritage within the course „Technology, Heritage, and Industrial Areas: History, Valorization, and Education” at universities in Padua and Paris.

Frédéric Panni – Studied philosophy and history of art at the University of Marseille / Aix-en-Provence (France). He has graduated in 1991 from the École du patrimoine in Paris (today Institut national du patrimoine) as a heritage curator. He had been working in several French museums. Since 2000, Frédéric Panni manage the „Utopia” project for the architectural, urban, cultural, economic and social development of the Familistère at Guise and is the director of heritage and museum for the Familistère.

Pavel Ryjáček – An engineer and scientist serving since 2021 as the Head of the Department of Steel and Timber Structures at the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU), where he completed his full academic path and was awarded the title of professor in 2022. For over a decade, he has actively lectured, promoted diploma theses, and directed numerous national and international research and commercial projects, combining scientific work with engineering practice. He specializes in the interaction between bridges and tracks, the technical assessment and diagnostics of existing structures, and underwater inspections. He is also involved in the activities of international organizations (including IABSE, IABMAS) and standardization groups (ECCS, Eurocode 3).

Michaela Ryšková is a specialist for documentation and evaluation of industrial heritage from the perspective of heritage conservation in National Heritage Institute, Methodological Center for Industrial Heritage in Ostrava.

Janusz Rymsza

Bartosz Walczak – Architect and heritage conservationist, Vice-President of the Polish National Committee of TICCIH, and member of the Polish National Committee of ICOMOS. He has authored or co-authored numerous projects for the revitalization and adaptive reuse of post-industrial buildings in Łódź and has published dozens of scholarly works.

Roine Wiklund – Associate Professor at Luleå University of Technology and Chair of the Swedish National Committee of TICCIH. His research focuses on industrial heritage, historical infrastructure, and the societal transformations of resource landscapes in northern Europe.

Hildebrand de Boer – historyk sztuki i archeolog, pełniący funkcję Sekretarza Komitetu Dziedzictwa Przemysłowego Europa Nostra. Jako współzałożyciel Europejskiego Szlaku Dziedzictwa Przemysłowego (ERIH) wniósł znaczący wkład w rozwój sieci europejskiego dziedzictwa techniki. Za swoją wieloletnią działalność na rzecz kultury i ochrony zabytków został uhonorowany tytułem kawalera Orderu Oranje-Nassau.

Milena Lucija Karabaic – studiowała architekturę i historię sztuki. Do 2006 roku pełniła funkcję dyrektora Muzeum Przemysłu LVR (LVR-Industriemuseum), a do 2022 roku kierowała Wydziałem Kultury LVR dla regionu Nadrenii. Jest współzałożycielką i wydawcą czasopisma „Industriekultur”.

Julian Kołodziej – koordynator projektów badawczo-wdrożeniowych związanych z konserwacją zabytków techniki i dziedzictwem przemysłowym. Pełni funkcję Wiceprezesa Polskiego Komitetu Ochrony Dziedzictwa Przemysłowego (PK TICCIH).

Miles Oglethorpe – Członek Zarządu Międzynarodowego Komitetu Ochrony Dziedzictwa Przemysłowego (TICCIH) oraz Kierownik Departamentu Dziedzictwa Przemysłowego w Historic Environment Scotland. Od 1985 roku członek Królewskiej Komisji ds. Starożytnych i Historycznych Zabytków Szkocji. Lider projektu wpisania mostu kolejowego Forth na Listę Światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO.

Massimo Preite – ekspert w dziedzinie urbanistyki i dziedzictwa przemysłowego. Członek zarządu TICCIH oraz ERIH. W ramach programu Erasmus Mundus prowadzi cykl wykładów poświęconych dziedzictwu przemysłowemu („Technika, dziedzictwo, obszary przemysłu: historia, waloryzacja, dydaktyka”) na uniwersytetach w Padwie i Paryżu.

Andrzej Siwek – Historyk, historyk sztuki i dr inż. architektury, Zastępca Dyrektora Narodowego Instytutu Dziedzictwa. Specjalizuje się w ochronie i konserwacji zabytków, zarządzaniu dziedzictwem oraz ochronie krajobrazu kulturowego i obiektów UNESCO. Autor ponad 150 publikacji, przewodniczący WROZ w Krakowie, członek Prezydium PKN ICOMOS i SKOZK, laureat Nagrody Ministra Rozwoju i Technologii (2022).

Bartosz Walczak – – architekt i konserwator zabytków, Wiceprezes Polskiego Komitetu Ochrony Dziedzictwa Przemysłowego (PK TICCIH) oraz członek PKN ICOMOS. Autor i współautor licznych projektów rewitalizacji i adaptacji budynków poprzemysłowych w Łodzi; autor kilkudziesięciu publikacji naukowych.

Roine Wiklund -profesor nadzwyczajny na Politechnice w Luleå (Luleå University of Technology) oraz przewodniczący Szwedzkiego Komitetu Narodowego TICCIH. Jego badania koncentrują się na dziedzictwie przemysłowym, infrastrukturze historycznej oraz przemianach społecznych związanych z krajobrazami zasobów naturalnych w Europie Północnej.
