Francesco Antoniol – An archivist and consultant specializing in industrial heritage. He is the founder and president of Virginia Studio Associato, where he manages corporate archives, records management, historical research, and brand heritage. As a partner at TrattoPunto and Texture, he develops projects regarding industrial tourism and exhibitions. He serves on the Scientific and Editorial Committee of Fondazione ing. Lino Gentilini and the Scientific Committee of the Jornadas Internacionales event organized by INCUNA. He is a member of the General Board of ANAI (Associazione Nazionale Archivistica Italiana) and is active in the organizations ERIH and AIPAI. Since its creation in 2019, he has served on the Outreach Commission of TICCIH.
Tiddo Besters – A lawyer with a professional background including work for the Heineken concern and the Dutch postal operator Post NL. For decades, he has been involved in the protection of road transport mobile heritage—initially at the national level, and since the turn of the century through various roles in FIVA (Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens), a global organization representing vintage vehicle enthusiasts. He served as the president of FIVA from 2019 to 2025. He is also one of the founders of WIMH (Working Industrial and Mobile Heritage), a partnership of international organizations working for industrial and mobile heritage.

Ewa Mackiewicz – An expert in cultural heritage management, revitalization, and the adaptation of historic sites for new social, cultural, and educational functions. She co-created the Silesian Voivodeship Industrial Monuments Route and the adaptation concept for the Ignacy Mine in Rybnik. She is the author of numerous publications and a promoter of knowledge regarding heritage and its role in sustainable development.

Mimmi Mikkelsen – President of FEDECRAIL (European Federation of Museum and Tourist Railways), who has been involved in the protection and development of railway and tramway heritage for nearly two decades. She also serves as the chair of the museum tramway in Malmköping (run by the Swedish Tramway Society) and as secretary of MRO—the Swedish national association of museum railways. Professionally, she works in the Urban Environment Administration in Gothenburg, where she is responsible for the management, safety, and long-term development of the city’s tram infrastructure.

Miles Oglethorpe – Board Member of TICCIH (The International Committee for the Conservation of the Industrial Heritage) and Head of the Industrial Heritage Department at Historic Environment Scotland. A member of the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland since 1985. Project leader for the inscription of the Forth Bridge on the World Heritage List.
Massimo Preite – An expert in urban planning and industrial heritage. A board member of TICCIH and ERIH. As part of the Erasmus Mundus program, he delivers a lecture series on industrial heritage within the course „Technology, Heritage, and Industrial Areas: History, Valorization, and Education” at universities in Padua and Paris.
Frédéric Panni – Studied philosophy and history of art at the University of Marseille / Aix-en-Provence (France). He has graduated in 1991 from the École du patrimoine in Paris (today Institut national du patrimoine) as a heritage curator. He had been working in several French museums. Since 2000, Frédéric Panni manage the „Utopia” project for the architectural, urban, cultural, economic and social development of the Familistère at Guise and is the director of heritage and museum for the Familistère.
Pavel Ryjáček – An engineer and scientist serving since 2021 as the Head of the Department of Steel and Timber Structures at the Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU), where he completed his full academic path and was awarded the title of professor in 2022. For over a decade, he has actively lectured, promoted diploma theses, and directed numerous national and international research and commercial projects, combining scientific work with engineering practice. He specializes in the interaction between bridges and tracks, the technical assessment and diagnostics of existing structures, and underwater inspections. He is also involved in the activities of international organizations (including IABSE, IABMAS) and standardization groups (ECCS, Eurocode 3).
Janusz Rymsza
Bartosz Walczak – Architect and heritage conservationist, Vice-President of the Polish National Committee of TICCIH, and member of the Polish National Committee of ICOMOS. He has authored or co-authored numerous projects for the revitalization and adaptive reuse of post-industrial buildings in Łódź and has published dozens of scholarly works.
Roine Wiklund – Associate Professor at Luleå University of Technology and Chair of the Swedish National Committee of TICCIH. His research focuses on industrial heritage, historical infrastructure, and the societal transformations of resource landscapes in northern Europe.
